In our feature interview we talk to James Cooke of the Southgate Public Interest Research Group, an organization in Dundalk, Ontario that has been leading the resistance to the imposition of a sewage processing facility that would ship in all of Torontoâs sewage waste. The groundswell of opposition to the project has also found unity with the Haudenosaunee people of Six Nations, whose treaty territory would potentially be affected by the waste facility to the situated at the headwaters of the Grand River.
