Speech from Dr. Pham Ti Phi Phi, plaintiff for 3 million vietnamese victims of agent orange (including herself) and Jonathan Moore, attorney for the lawsuit, The lawsuit filed this past January was dismissed by a federal judge in Brooklyn on March 10. Their are plans to file an appeal of dismissal and the campaign continues (see www.vn-agentorange.org). This was recorded on 3/5/3005 at NYC SEIU 1199 in the Bread and Roses gallery.
