Part One – Local and National News Review

Comparing 1980s South Africa anti-Apartheid boycott in Bristol to today’s movement to divest and boycott Israeli goods over the far greater crime of genocide. Anne Lemon, SWP and former NUT, and Isaac Kneebone-Hopkins, journalist and UCU officer, join Tony and Martin. Why does the UK support Israel? Al Jazeera – UN report on genocide in Gaza. BDS movement: Lessons from the South Africa boycott Those who led UK’s Anti-Apartheid Movement reflect on what new legislation means for latest generation of boycotters. Parallels have been drawn with the Thatcher government’s approach towards those who lobbied for sanctions on the apartheid-era South African government during the 1980s. “An obvious comparison [with BDS] is that of the Anti-Apartheid Movement [AAM] in the 1980s,” said Andrew Smith of the Campaign Against Arms Trade. The AAM was the primary body that advocated for the boycott of South African goods. “Throughout the 1960s to 1980s, more than 100 local authorities decided to ban South African goods from their offices and schools,” Smith explained. “In 1981, Strathclyde [in Scotland] went one step further by announcing an end to pension fund investments from companies with South African subsidiaries and banning South African sports teams from its playing fields.” Strathclyde’s local council was soon joined by Cambridge, Newcastle and Glasgow, as well as most inner London boroughs. By 1985, more than 120 local councils had engaged in some form of anti-apartheid protest. Approximately two-thirds of the UK population lived in local authorities that supported the AAM. “I can’t imagine any sitting ministers suggesting that any of these boycotts were with hindsight wrong or suggesting that they increased community tensions or led to council tax increases,” Smith added. A message from the Anti-Apartheid Movement Al Jazeera asked former members of the AAM who were heavily involved with the boycott movement against South Africa from the 1960s until the 1990s what they think of the new law. Lord Hughes, a British Labour politician and the chairman of the AAM from 1975 until 1995, when it was disbanded, said: “I fully support Israel’s right to exist, despite its deficiencies. Nevertheless, as someone who successfully moved a boycott of South African goods in 1962 when a member of Aberdeen City Council, I fully support the right to use a boycott as a legitimate expression of those who oppose Israel.” “The AAM used a variety of methods to oppose the apartheid regime, which in the end did lead to its downfall,” he said, adding: “Boycotting was a very effective propaganda tool.”

Anne explains the South African anti apartheid movement she was part of in Bristol in the 1980s – St. Paul’s became an Apartheid Free Zone. Isaac’s article on St. Paul’s and Malcolm X centre This Neighbourhood Fights Apartheid by Isaac Kneebone-Hopkins In the 1980s, a black working-class area of Bristol became an ‘apartheid free zone’. Their community ban on racist institutions inspired thousands and created a model to be used for today’s fight for Palestinian freedom. In 1985, St. Paul’s in Bristol, a predominantly black working-class community, initiated the grassroots St. Paul’s Apartheid-Free Zone Campaign (SPAFZ) as an offshoot of the Anti-Apartheid Movement group (AAM). SPAFZ aimed to eliminate apartheid goods in the area through community organising and building a campaign that would later serve as a nationwide model. Jagun Akinshegun, chair of SPAFZ, describes the campaign’s simple and emotive logic: ‘You hit people where it hurts because you hit their economy, which means they won’t have the money to buy arms to turn on the people.’ The strategy was similarly straightforward: contact all St. Paul’s shopkeepers, use persuasion and leaflets detailing apartheid connections to gain buy-in, and secure signatures on a campaign statement. This commitment, publicised in newsletters, bound shopkeepers to remove South African goods with regular spot-checks. Every one of the twenty-seven local businesses in the area signed up. Gerard Omasta-Milsom, a former Bristol student activist turned AAM national organiser, explains the campaign’s dual structure, emphasising how local activism helped support the ANC’s demand for international sanctions. ‘It made it quite straightforward for the AAM to regard its role as implementing that,’ he says. Maintaining a visible presence, the campaign also organised public events like picketing, vigils, apartheid-free breakfasts, and public meetings with African National Congress (ANC) representatives, all of which enhanced community engagement. Expanding beyond local businesses, a SPAFZ campaign letter influenced the Southwest Co-operative Wholesale Society boycott, leading to a nationwide boycott across the society’s 1000 stores in October 1985. Major General Joseph Garba of the United Nations visits St Paul’s Apartheid Free Zone. Encouraged by this success, the campaign went on to target larger retailers. After just three weeks of campaigning, including a petition, letter-writing, and weekly pickets of sixty-plus people, the Tesco store in Bristol’s Eastville became the first Tesco in the country to boycott South African goods in June 1986.

Labour Party under Corbyn and Starmer. Why people vote for Reform Party. Any point in voting? How do we stop Islamaphobia? – Saturday 23rd November 6.15pm, Docklands Centre, St. Paul’s. Boycotting. 20,000 people march against Tommy Robinson and the far right Over 20,000 people joined an anti-fascist demonstration today in London against Tommy Robinson. The demonstration – organised by Stand Up to Racism and backed by the TUC, trade unions and faith groups – was a counter protest against far right supporters of Robinson. Organisers said it stopped Robinson’s supporters building momentum on the far right. Robinson was remanded in police custody on Friday, and his supporters gathered today in numbers of up to 25,000. They chanted Robinson’s name alongside several racist and Islamophobic chants including “who the f*ck is Allah”, “Muslim paedos off our streets” and “stop the boats”. Speakers on Robinson’s demonstration included former leader of the fascist PEGIDA street movement, Lutz Bachmann, who was forced to stand down as leader after a photo surfaced of him imitating Hitler. In 2018, the government denied his entry to Britain due to his history of cocaine dealing and incitement to racial hatred charges. The counter demonstration, kept apart by a heavy police presence, heard from speakers including Jeremy Corbyn, Diane Abbott and John McDonnell plus trade union general secretaries. The Stand Up to Racism protest was called under the slogan “Stop Tommy Robinson, stop the far right” and many of the speeches, placards and chants at the event were against the far right and in support of refugees.

Rachel Reeves’ Mansion House Speech – City of London takeover of local authority pension schemes – so as to use that money for speculation and gambling – investment in to mega funds. Public/private partnerships. Rachel Reeves wants pension funds to bail her out The Chancellor’s push to use pension pots to boost growth is a case of two steps forward, two steps back The Budget bashed business, and also the Labour Party ratings. It mentioned growth more than 300 times and yet the Chancellor then hammered companies, entrepreneurs and generally made it harder to grow a business. Rachel Reeves has now tried to reboot the growth agenda with her Mansion House speech on Thursday night. Her mission is to boost the amount UK private pension funds invest in UK private markets and infrastructure. Her problem is that simply making a speech is not enough. And many, many pensioners do not want the Government telling them how their money is to be invested. There were some parts of the Chancellor’s approach that do make sense. She is building on the reforms I started as pensions minister, and Jeremy Hunt brought forward in the summer of 2023 with the Mansion House Compact. That compact stated that 5pc of the default pension funds would be invested into unlisted equities in the UK by 2030. Rachel Reeves has decided that this is not enough. Her decision to force local authority pension schemes to merge is fine in principle, and seeks to emulate the Canadian and Australian example. Greater size will potentially save administration costs and definitely increase buying power. But local authorities are responsible for over 5m local government pensions: many of those members want their own democratically elected authority investing as they see fit. With forced mergers, that influence is massively diminished.

Sky News report on Gaza doctor dying in Israel prison after being tortured. Israel murders Palestinian Dr Adnan Al-Bursh in prison – Sky News can reveal new information about the death of one of Gaza’s best-known doctors – who died earlier this year while in Israeli prison. Testimony from an inmate at the prison where Dr Adnan Al-Bursh died has detailed claims about the moments leading up to his death. The surgeon documented the early months of the war between Hamas and Israel on his phone as he continued to work in northern Gaza before being detained by Israeli forces. Sky’s John Sparks has been speaking to those who saw him in his final days. The Israel Defence Forces say Dr Adnan Al-Bursh “did not die under the responsibility of the IDF”. The Israel Prison Service says “no such events have occurred under IPS responsibility.” ‘He was the light of my life and I lost him’: How a famous surgeon died in an Israeli prison after being taken from Gaza hospital When war in Gaza erupted last year, Dr Adnan Al-Bursh worked around the clock while documenting the horror unfolding around him. Then he was detained. Now, Sky News has spoken to people who claim to have witnessed the circumstances leading to his death. In April, the surgeon was taken to an incarceration facility near Jerusalem called Ofer Prison. He died shortly after his arrival. News of the surgeon’s death was announced in a statement from two Palestinian prisoner support associations at the beginning of May. The Israelis offered no explanation or cause of death. Sky News has spoken to people who claim to have witnessed the moments before Dr Al-Bursh’s death. A prisoner, who says he previously knew Dr Al-Bursh in Gaza, provided details in a deposition to lawyers from the Israeli human rights organisation HaMoked. “In mid-April 2024, Dr Adnan Al-Bursh arrived at Section 23 in Ofer Prison. The prison guards brought Dr Adnan Al-Bursh into the section in a deplorable state. He had clearly been assaulted with injuries around his body. He was naked in the lower part of his body. “The prison guards threw him in the middle of the yard and left him there. Dr Adnan Al-Bursh was unable to stand up. One of the prisoners helped him and accompanied him to one of the rooms. A few minutes later, prisoners were heard screaming from the room they went into, declaring Dr Adnan Al-Bursh (was dead).” While some people might suggest that Dr Adnan Al-Bursh was a terrorist, Daqqa said: “If you want to formally answer this question, he was not charged until now. And many of these detainees are not charged from Gaza.” In a statement to Sky News, a spokesman for the Israel Prison Service said: “IPS is a law enforcement organisation that operates according to the provisions of the law and under the supervision of the state comptroller and many other official critiques.

Isaac on the new Bristol Apartheid Free Zone to boycott Israeli goods. [Not ‘Just Say No’] its the ‘No Thanks’ App to know which are Israeli goods. Websites: Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS), BAFZ, Stand Up To Racism – Whats App group. Act Now Against These Companies Profiting from the Genocide of the Palestinian People Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC) – UPDATED: Below is a detailed guide to our targeted consumer boycotts, divestment and pressure campaigns. Help us spread the word to maximize our impact! The Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC), the largest coalition in Palestinian society that is leading the global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, salutes activists, organizations and institutions worldwide that have expressed meaningful solidarity with our urgent struggle to stop Israel’s unfolding genocide in Gaza by escalating boycott and divestment campaigns. The spreading boycotts of complicit Israeli and multinational corporations can be effective if done strategically. Ending all state, corporate and institutional complicity with Israel’s genocidal regime is more urgent than ever. Our lives and livelihoods literally depend on it. Targeted Boycotts vs. Non-Targeted Boycotts: People of conscience around the world are rightfully shattered, enraged, and sometimes feeling powerless about Israel’s #GazaGenocide. Many feel compelled to boycott any and all products and services of companies tied in any way to Israel. The proliferation of extensive “boycott lists” on social media is a result of this. The question is how to make boycotts effective and actually have an impact in holding corporations accountable for their complicity in the suffering of Palestinians? The BDS movement uses the historically successful method of targeted boycotts inspired by the South African anti-apartheid movement, the US Civil Rights movement, the Indian anti-colonial struggle, among others worldwide. We must strategically focus on a relatively smaller number of carefully selected companies and products for maximum impact. We need to target companies that play a clear and direct role in Israel’s crimes and where there is real potential for winning, as was the case with, among others, G4S, Veolia, Orange, Ben & Jerry’s and Pillsbury. Compelling large, complicit companies, through strategic and context-sensitive boycott and divestment campaigns, to end their complicity in Israeli apartheid and war crimes against Palestinians sends a very powerful message to hundreds of other complicit companies that “your time will come, so get out before it’s too late!”

Israel-Palestine war: Google reinstates app that helps boycott Israel-linked companies Google has reinstated a mobile app designed to help people boycott companies linked to Israel, days after it was removed from its Play store The App, No Thanks, was designed to help people identify products linked to Israel. Google has reinstated a popular mobile phone app designed to help people boycott companies linked to Israel, days after it was removed from its Play store. The No Thanks app allows users to scan the barcodes of products or enter their name to find out if the item is linked to Israel. According to developers, the app was removed because a sentence in the description read: “Welcome to No Thanks, here you can see if the product in your hand supports killing children in Palestine or not.” On 3 December, Google reinstated the app to its Play Store with a new description reading: “Our app simplifies the process of scanning barcodes and searching for products that are listed for the boycott movement.” Launched on 13 November, No Thanks was downloaded over 100,000 times before it was removed from Play store on 30 November 2023…

Olly Blogs, farmer – where next week’s protest on Tuesday 19th November is taking place – against new farm inheritance tax. National Farmer’s Union and No Farmers No Food. Time and place confirmed for independent farmers’ rally in London Farmers from around the country will gather on 19th November to show their disapproval of changes announced at Autumn Budget last week. Farmers’ rally participants will meet at Richmond Terrace on Whitehall, London, opposite Downing Street, at 11am. The participants will meet at Richmond Terrace on Whitehall, London (What3Words fresh.butter.grapes), opposite Downing Street, at 11am. Organisers said that with numbers of attendees swelling beyond capacity of Trafalgar Square, they decided to relocate the event to ensure all participants have the opportunity to hear from speakers, while remaining safe. Speakers from across agriculture, TV and politics are due to show their support for family farms and wider businesses. Following several speeches, a procession will take place to Parliament Square. The procession will be spearheaded by a number of children on toy tractors, signifying the impact of the devastating budget on the future of farming and the countryside. The procession will then return to Richmond Terrace for the final address by NFU president, Tom Bradshaw.

Government should do to protesting farmers what Thatcher did to the Miners. Talk TV – John McTernan – How to make farming work. Olly Blogs – inheritance tax on farms and UK agricultural sector problems. Ex-Labour adviser John McTernan suggests doing to farms ‘what Thatcher did to coal mines’ The prime minister has distanced himself from comments made by John McTernan, which come as the government deals with an ongoing row with farmers over inheritance tax changes. The former Conservative prime minister closed down coal mines during her premiership, which was seen as the beginning of the end of Britain’s once-mighty coal industry. Sir Keir has been caught up in a row with farmers after the budget introduced a tax of 20% on inherited farming assets above £1m. Farming groups warn the change will have a “catastrophic” impact on family farms and have threatened to go on strike and blockade ports unless there is a change of course. Speaking to GB News, former Labour aide Mr McTernan said he is “personally in favour” of doing to farmers “what Margaret Thatcher did to the miners” and “close down an industry”. “This is an industry we can do without,” he said. “If people are so upset they want to go on the street and spray slurry on them, then we don’t need the small farmers.” Mr McTernan’s comments have been attacked by senior Tories, with shadow justice secretary Robert Jenrick accusing Labour of a “politics of bitterness and envy” regarding the tax measures.

Chris Williamson, The Worker’s Party – his Alternative Mansion House Speech – monetary reform. Alternative Mansion House speech 2024: Modern Monetary Theory, No Family Farm Tax, Chris Williamson MODERN MONETARY THEORY (MMT) FOR #WPGB No political party in Britain has ever expressly embraced the possibilities provided by the fact that Britain issues its own currency. Consequently, governments can never run out of money for anything that is available for sale in pound sterling. The government can and does create money. Government debt is just a means for saving private wealth. Deficits are not a problem, as long as they’re not overheating the economy, but taxation can be used to stop the economy over-heating. Governments cannot create money without limit. The key is ensuring public spending is matched to the availability of real resources in the economy. Core Principles of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) The central idea of modern monetary theory (MMT) is that governments with a fiat currency system under their control can and should printor create with a few keystrokes in today’s digital ageas much money as they need to spend because they cannot go broke or be insolvent unless a political decision to do so is taken. We must remember that money is debt, and debt is created by bank lending. We must also remember that fiat currency is not backed by any form of asset. It is not linked to gold or silver or anything else. It is simply a government promise to pay that gives a fiat currency its value. And what we’re talking about is how money of that type is created by the government and how that money created by the government functions within the economy of which we’re all a part. Most of the time, most of economics tries to ignore this issue. It pretends, in many cases, that money hardly exists, which is quite absurd….

Carlos Hernandez’s book – ‘Fiat Socialism’ is also worth reading, as it explains how an MMT understanding can be used to implement a socialist programme. Carlos García Hernández is the author of Fiat Socialism: Achieving the Goals of Socialism through Modern Monetary Theory. He lays out the five goals of fiat socialism: Full employment Full and prudent use of material resources The guarantee of the five essentials to every citizen: food, housing, clothing, health services, and education Social security at all major exposed points in the social structure (eg, old age, sickness, accident, temporary unemployment, and childbearing) Labor standards, to be assured by labor unions Carlos maintains that any society achieving these five goals at the same time and permanently should be called socialist, no matter the size of the private sector. Steve and Carlos discuss the philosophical foundations of both fiat socialism and Marxism. They also look at the role of the IMF and the possibilities for monetary sovereignty in developing nations. Carlos García Hernández is the founder and director of Lola Books, a publishing house that has introduced MMT to Spanish and German readers. He is the author of Fiat Socialism: Achieving the Goals of Socialism through Modern Monetary Theory. – Fiat *socialism could also be called flexible socialism, as it frees socialism from the rigidities imposed by historical law. This socialism will take different forms in different places, it accepts that socialist organizations are not exempt from making mistakes, it will involve different levels of participation by the private sector, as well as different levels in the gross operating surpluses, and it is open to processes of improvement in order to mobilize real resources in the best possible way to achieve the goals of socialism. Only one rigidity is established: monetary sovereignty. Modern monetary theory is only valid in monetary systems where the state is the sovereign issuer of its currency and where there is an appropriate coordination between the Central Bank and the Treasury. If Archimedes in ancient Greece said give me a point of support and I will move the world, a socialist Archimedes would say give me monetary sovereignty and I will build you socialism.

Have the City of London Lord Mayor’s secretive livery companies, which have lost almost all links to the trades they profess, become hiding places for covens of avaricious, Freemasons, and organised crime? Alistair King opens the Mansion House Speech with ancient Royal rigmarole. The City of London. Traditional Guilds and Freemasonry part of power base of ruling class in UK – Alistair King in both. London’s secret billion-pound guilds – Livery companies, once a combination of lobbying organisations, regulators and trade unions, are now quite different organisations, focused also on fellowship, education and charity. They represented the old industries that used to dominate the city. Many have names which are easy to recognise, such as the Butchers, who can trace their beginnings back to the year 975, and the Fishmongers. Others bear the names of lost trades, like the Mercers and Bowyers, who traded cloth and made longbows. All would set standards for their goods and often held exclusive rights over their trade in the city, thus wielding political power. Probably the most famous guild member, Sir Richard (Dick) Whittington, left his fortune for the Mercers to run, for the benefit of the city The other side of their work was welfare and charity: funerals for deceased members, hospitals, and homes for the poor. Today, they sit on billions of pounds of assets, donated by members over many centuries, including the fortune of Dick Whittington, the former lord mayor. They were ordered as long ago as 1884, after a Royal Commission’s investigation, to spend more on the public good or risk their existence, external. But did they? And are they now?

David Ferris is a member of the Vintners – or Worshipful Company of Vintners, to give it its full title – and very much a fan of the companies’ history and potential. But he thinks they are not. – ‘Gentlemen’s clubs’ – “What I like best about them is these are ancient institutions, well alive in our midst, with wonderful old traditions,” he says. “They are cultural gems.” However, he says, many of the most ancient have forgotten one of their prime reasons for existence from medieval times: the public good. “They became gentlemen’s clubs generally from about 1700,” he says, “and they have a great deal of wealth.” British Foreign Secretary William Hague (L, back, at podium) delivers the Canning lecture 2010, in which he spoke about UK and Latin American relations, at The companies do let out their halls, as the Goldsmith did for a speech by then-Foreign Secretary Lord Hague in 2010. But could they raise more? It’s the older institutions that Mr Ferris feels may not be pulling their weight. Many have investments in companies listed on the stock market. Some have large land holdings. Among the richest are the Mercers, which owns a number of blocks in Covent Garden. – No public accounts – In fact, the Mercers and Goldsmiths are the 55th and 73rd largest landlords in London respectively, according to Datscha, a commercial property data firm. Together, they are bigger landowners in the city than supermarket chain Sainsbury’s or the National Grid. But the companies do not have to offer accounts for public inspection, and many older ones do not. New Goldsmiths’ Hall, Foster Lane, London. From 1835 printImage source, Getty Images Still, public records partially covering eight companies and their charities showed £1.1bn of assets, BBC research found. Mr Ferris estimates the 110 livery companies in total might have assets worth at least £5bn. His own livery, the Vintners, spent £210,000 of its 2017 expenditure of £2.1m on charitable giving, according to its annual review. This is too low, says Mr Ferris.

Andrew Bailey, Governor of Bank of England – AI’s new cheerleader – Mansion House Speech – investment, Brexit, AI. Trade and Brexit. AI – Google funds 7 new nuclear reactors to power AI story. Blowing up of Nord Stream 2 pipeline elephant in the room. Seven nuclear reactors to power Google’s AI ambitions – Google announced on Tuesday that it has signed a deal with nuclear energy startup Kairos Power to purchase 500 megawatts of “new 24/7 carbon-free power” from seven of the company’s small modular reactors (SMRs). The companies are reportedly looking at an initial delivery from the first SMR in 2030 and a full rollout by 2035. “The grid needs new electricity sources to support AI technologies that are powering major scientific advances, improving services for businesses and customers, and driving national competitiveness and economic growth,” Michael Terrell, Google’s senior director of Energy and Climate, wrote in a Google Blog on Tuesday. “This agreement helps accelerate a new technology to meet energy needs cleanly and reliably, and unlock the full potential of AI for everyone.” Terrell argues that the adoption of nuclear power will complement the company’s existing solar power and wind power investments and help it achieve its net-zero energy goals. He also touts nuclear energy as a source of high-paying, long-term jobs, citing a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) estimate that building out to 200 gigawatts of capacity by 2050 will require an additional 375,000 workers. Google is far from the only major tech company eyeing nuclear energy as the answer to its AI power problems. Amazon Web Services purchased a 960-megawatt data center campus from Houston-based Talen Energy in March for a sum of $650 million. In September, Microsoft announced that it is working to restart Unit 1 at New York’s Three Mile Island in an effort to power its AI data centers. That same month, Oracle announced that it is designing a 1-gigawatt data center that will be powered by a trio of small nuclear reactors. “The location and the power place we’ve located, they’ve already got building permits for three nuclear reactors,” Oracle CEO Larry Ellison said during a quarterly investors call. “These are the small modular nuclear reactors to power the data center. This is how crazy it’s getting. This is what’s going on.” Kairos is also facing increasing competition from other small modular reactor manufacturers. Westinghouse, for example, is currently testing a micro reactor that can run 24/7 for five years without needing to be refueled. Given the astronomical energy (and cooling) requirements of today’s frontier AI models, these advancements can’t come soon enough.

FIGHT FOR PEACE? Trump’s new appointees – good or bad? All support Israel! Tulsi Gabbard, appointee for National Security – her speech at Trump rally 3 weeks ago. History of Tulsi Gabbard’s alliances and quotes. Tulsi Gabbard is now team Trump. What are her views on the Middle East? The former Democrat, Bernie Sanders supporter and anti-interventionist has endorsed Donald Trump and joined his transition team Most recently, Gabbard has condemned the ongoing pro-Palestinian protest movement that has been taking place all over the country. The demonstrations have been taking place in protest of US support for Israel’s war on Gaza, which human rights and legal experts, as well as several countries, have said is a genocide being perpetrated by Israel. Gabbard, however, has accused the hundreds of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters of being puppets of a “radical Islamist organisation”, in an apparent reference to Hamas. The pro-Israel views of Gabbard are not dissimilar from those of many Democrats. Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has also accused pro-Palestinian protesters of being financed by foreign groups. But in many instances, Gabbard has set herself apart from Democrats and embraced the full-throttle support of Israel of the Republican Party. In 2015, she spoke at the Christians United for Israel (CUFI) conference, a major right-wing and Christian pro-Israel organisation based in the US, where she lauded the US-Israel relationship. Despite all of her anti-war and anti-US intervention views, Gabbard has supported Israel’s war on Gaza, which has killed more than 40,000 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children. Even though she has supported ending US military support to foreign governments for helping fuel conflicts and wars, she doesn’t extend that call to Israel and also opposed a ceasefire in Gaza. According to a 2019 analysis by The Intercept, more than 100 individuals affiliated with the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) organisation have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Gabbard’s political campaigns since 2011, when she first ran for Congress. She has also praised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and claimed that there was “a lot of misinformation” around the 2002 Gujarat riots that took place while Modi served as Gujarat’s chief minister. A BBC documentary released last year revealed a previously unpublished report by British diplomats that concluded Modi was “directly responsible” for the “climate of impunity” that enabled the violence, in which around 2,000 people were killed in pogroms against the Muslim community.

RFK Jr is Trump’s appointee for Health Secretary – FLASHBACK: Robert F Kennedy Jr. Exposes Bill Gates’ Vaccine Dictatorship Plan – Cites Gates’ ‘Twisted ‘Messiah Complex’ Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. is an American environmental attorney, author, and opponent of vaccination. Kennedy is a son of Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of former president John F. Kennedy. He is the president of the board of Waterkeeper Alliance, a non-profit environmental group that he helped found in 1999. From Robert F Kennedy Jr‘s Instagram post today, April 9th, 2020: Vaccines, for Bill Gates, are a strategic philanthropy that feed his many vaccine-related businesses (including #Microsoft’s ambition to control a global vac ID enterprise) and give him dictatorial control over global health policythe spear tip of corporate neo-imperialism. Gates’ obsession with vaccines seems fueled by a messianic conviction that he is ordained to save the world with technology and a god-like willingness to experiment with the lives of lesser humans. Promising to eradicate Polio with $1.2 billion, Gates took control of India ‘s National Advisory Board (NAB) and mandated 50 polio vaccines (up from 5) to every child before age 5. Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating vaccine-strain polio epidemic that paralyzed 496,000 children between 2000 and 2017. In 2017, the Indian Government dialed back Gates’ vaccine regimen and evicted Gates and his cronies from the NAB. Polio paralysis rates dropped precipitously. In 2017, the World Health Organization reluctantly admitted that the global polio explosion is predominantly vaccine strain, meaning it is coming from Gates’ Vaccine Program. The most frightening epidemics in Congo, the Philippines, and Afghanistan are all linked to Gates’ vaccines. By 2018, ¾ of global polio cases were from Gates’ vaccines. In 2014, the #GatesFoundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by GSK and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died. Indian government investigations charged that Gates funded researchers committed pervasive ethical violations: pressuring vulnerable village girls into the trial, bullying parents, forging consent forms, and refusing medical care to the injured girls. The case is now in the country’s Supreme Court. In 2010, the Gates Foundation funded a trial of a GSK’s experimental malaria vaccine, killing 151 African infants and causing serious adverse effects including paralysis, seizure, and febrile convulsions to 1,048 of the 5,049 children. During Gates 2002 MenAfriVac Campaign in Sub-Saharan Africa, Gates operatives forcibly vaccinated thousands of African children against meningitis. Between 50-500 children developed paralysis. South African newspapers complained, “We are guinea pigs for drug makers” Nelson Mandela’s former Senior Economist, Professor Patrick Bond, describes Gates’ philantropic practices as “ruthless” and “immoral”. In 2010, Gates committed $10 billion to the WHO promising to reduce population, in part, through new vaccines. A month later Gates told a Ted Talk that new vaccines “could reduce population”. In 2014, Kenya’s Catholic Doctors Association accused the WHO of chemically sterilizing millions of unwilling Kenyan women with a phony “tetanus” vaccine campaign. Independent labs found the sterility formula in every vaccine tested. After denying the charges, WHO finally admitted it had been developing the sterility vaccines for over a decade. Similar accusations came from Tanzania, Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines….

WATER FLUORIDATION Plan to fluoridate water in Cornwall owned by Duchy. Joy Warren on health problems caused by flourish in water and court cases www.ukfffa.org.uk – Fluoride exposure in utero linked to lower IQ in kids, study says – Increased levels of prenatal fluoride exposure may be associated with lower cognitive function in children, a new study says. The study, published Tuesday in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives, evaluated nearly 300 sets of mothers and children in Mexico and tested the children twice for cognitive development over the course of 12 years. Fluoride is not added to public water supplies in Mexico, but people are exposed through naturally occurring fluoride in water and fluoridated salt and supplements. The study found a drop in scores on intelligence testsfor every 0.5 milligram-per-liter increase in fluoride exposure beyond 0.8 milligrams per liter found in urine. However, although the researchers found a potential connection to a child’s exposure to fluoride in utero, they found no significant influence from fluoride exposure on brain development once a child was born. “Childhood exposure to fluoride is safer than prenatal. There is pretty good science now to support the fact that the fetal system tends to be more sensitive to environmental toxicants than once the child is born,” said the study’s lead author, Howard Hu, founding dean of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. The authors measured fluoride exposure for the Mexican mothers and their children by looking at the chemical content in their urine. “Since we’re using an integrated biological marker, it will give you a fairly standardized measure,” Hu explained. Previous studies measured fluoride exposure by analyzing it in the environment, such as in water. On average, the researchers found that the mothers had 0.90 milligrams per liter of fluoride in their urine. Currently, there have been no such measurements for pregnant American women. There are similar measurements from a study in Poland that found healthy pregnant women to have fluoride levels just less than what was found in the Mexican women. “The levels in this population that were measured in urine were high, but not crazy high,” said Linda Birnbaum, director of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Birnbaum was not involved in the study.

VACCINES: Trump’s Health Secretary RFK Jr. talks to Andy Wakefield on big pharma liability protection for vaccines and his film: 1986, The Act – A dramatic forensic examination of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and its consequences. – In 1986, pharmaceutical companies extorted the US Congress into giving it the best business model in the world: no lawsuits for vaccine products that are mandated by law to be injected into children – products that have never been properly tested for safety. Vaccines that are currently being rushed-to-market for COVID-19 require even less rigorous testing of their capacity to cause harm. Man and microbe, from Polio to COVID19 – A dramatic never more relevant forensic examination of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and its consequences. What happens when an ancient wisdom – a mother’s intuition – is pitted against powerful interests in a race against time?

Man, Measles, and Make-Believe (2019 AutismOne conference in Chicago) – Conference Helps Separate Fact from Fiction as Dr. Andrew Wakefield Returns to Chicago AutismOne has announced that Dr. Andrew Wakefield, an author and award-winning filmmaker, will separate fact from fiction in the current debate over measles. Dr. Wakefield’s presentation at the AutismOne 2019 Conference will address what herd immunity is and what it is not, with regard to both the pre-vaccine and vaccine eras. The lecture will examine the consequences – real and potential – for vaccines that do not reproduce natural immunity. And it will address the question of whether we should fear measles, and, if so, why? The AutismOne 2019 Conference will be held at the beautiful Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel from May 22-May 26. Jerusalem Cross on his chest The aforementioned Jerusalem Cross is one of his most distinctive tattoo. It consists of a large Christian cross surrounded by four smaller crosses in each quadrant. It is an centuries old symbol stretching back to the 13th century where it was used as the symbol of the Kingdom of Jerusalem during the Crusades. The cross has become more controversial in the 21st century due to its perceived links to Christian nationalism. ‘Deus Vult’ on his bicep Tattooed on his bicep, Hegseth has the phrase ‘Deus Vult’ which means ‘God will it.’ This was a phrase that originated from the First Crusade as a battle cry for Christians. In recent years the phrase have also been adopted by far-right groups. ‘Elon’ says computers and voting don’t mix. That every computer is hackable. At his penultimate rally before being elected president Trump explained how he’ll change the US voting system back to paper ballots and on one day – Elon thinks it’s a good idea. Donald Trump advised by Elon Musk pledges paper ballots one day voting and voter ID at Pittsburgh rally 04Nov24 Donald Trump on Sunday in Lititz, Pa., where he urged the use of paper ballots. At Rally, Trump Says There’s Only One Reason Opponents Don’t Want Voter ID: ‘To Cheat’ Donald Trump advocated for the use of paper ballots and voter identification in elections moving forward, saying that without them, elections will be compromised. Speaking at a rally in Lititz, Pa., Trump questioned the legitimacy of votes tallied up on machines and called for the creation of voter IDs, suggesting that without them, people will “cheat.” “They spend all this money, all this money on machines, and they’re going to say we may take an extra 12 days to determineand what do you think happens during that 12 days? What do you think happens?” he asked. “Paper is very sophisticated. It’s called watermark, it’s watermarkedhighly sophisticated. It’s more sophisticated than the machines they use, which can be hacked and things can happen,” Trump added, appearing to go off-prompter to vent about the issue. On voter IDs, Trump said: “There’s only one reason you don’t want voter ID. There’s only one reason, and that’s to cheat.”

These Rapture nuts are not good for Palestine, Scott Ritter thoughts on the New Trump Administration – Scott Ritter on what the new Trump administration could look like. Trump on how he plans to stop censorship cartel. Issues that Matter with Cynthia Pooler – Who is Mike Huckabee, the US evangelical, pro-settlement envoy to Israel? The former Arkansas governor has previously questioned Palestinian identity and is opposed to a two-state solution. US President-elect Donald Trump has announced the appointment of pro-settlement former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee as the US ambassador to Israel. The controversial political figure and TV personality who claims to have visited Israel more than 100 times will replace Jack Lew, who has held the position for a year. The devout 69-year-old evangelical Christian was born in the southern US state of Arkansas. He served as governor of his home state between 1996 and 2007 before launching unsuccessful bids to be the Republican presidential candidate during the 2008 and 2016 primary seasons. Between these two bids, he had his own talk show, Huckabee, which ran on the Fox News Network between 2008 and 2015. Advertisement In 2017, the show was revived and broadcast on TBN, a Christian-based broadcast television network. Since ending his campaign for presidential candidacy in 2016, Huckabee has consistently supported Trump. What is Huckabee’s position on Israel and Palestine? Huckabee is a staunch supporter of Israel. After his appointment, Trump released a statement in which he said Huckabee “loves Israel, and the people of Israel, and likewise, the people of Israel love him. Mike will work tirelessly to bring about Peace in the Middle East!” His appointment demonstrates a “very hawkish, very pro-right-wing Israel” approach by the Trump administration, Yossi Mekelberg, an expert on Israel at the Chatham House think tank, told Al Jazeera. He said Huckabee’s appointment is similar to that of David Friedman, who served as US Ambassador to Israel between 2017 and 2021 and supports Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Digital Bill of Rights and free speech. Will pro Palestinians have free speech? UK Ambassador to US candidates. Agenda47 – President Donald J. Trump Free Speech Policy Initiative Donald J. Trump IfIf we don’t have FREE SPEECH, then we just don’t have a FREE COUNTRY. It’s as simple as that. If this most fundamental right is allowed to perish, then the rest of our rights and liberties will topple just like dominos one by one. They’ll go down. That’s why today, I am announcing my plan to shatter the left-wing censorship regime, and to reclaim the right to Free Speech for all Americans. And reclaim is a very important word in this case because they’ve taken it away. In recent weeks, bombshell reports have confirmed that a sinister group of Deep State bureaucrats, Silicon Valley tyrants, left-wing activists, and depraved corporate news media have been conspiring to manipulate and silence the American People. They have collaborated to suppress vital information on everything from elections to public health. The censorship cartel must be dismantled and destroyed and it must happen immediately. And here is my plan: FIRST, within hours of my inauguration, I will sign an executive order banning any federal department or agency from colluding with any organization, business, or person, to censor, limit, categorize, or impede the lawful speech of American citizens. I will then ban federal money from being used to label domestic speech as “mis-” or “dis-information”. And I will begin the process of identifying and firing every federal bureaucrat who has engaged in domestic censorshipdirectly or indirectlywhether they are the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, the FBI, the DOJ, no matter who they are.

Archbishop of Canterbury forced to resign after criticising Israel’s imprisonment of Christians without trial. Archbishop criticises Israel’s renewed detention of Layan Nasir The Archbishop of Canterbury has criticised the decision by an Israeli military court yesterday to renew Layan Nasir’s administrative detention for a further four months, calling it an “egregious state of affairs”. 23-year-old Layan, who is a Palestinian Anglican Christian, was taken at gunpoint from her parents’ home in the West Bank in the town of Birzeit in April. There was no arrest warrant or charges. The Archbishop said at the time he was “deeply shocked and concerned” by the news and called for her swift release. Renewing that call today, the Archbishop condemned Israel’s widespread use of administrative detention of Palestinians as a “deeply discriminatory” practice that “cannot be legally or morally justified.” “I lament the decision by an Israeli military court to renew Layan Nasir’s administrative detention for a further four months. “This young Palestinian Christian from Birzeit in the West Bank has been held in detention since 6 April on classified evidence that leaves her facing unknown allegations with no way to disapprove them – not knowing when she will be released, all the time without being charged, tried or convicted. “This is an egregious state of affairs, as is the fact that her transfer outside the West Bank to Damon Prison is in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention. “I ask the Israeli Government to look again at her case and that she be released. The widespread and routine manner in which Israel uses administrative detention of Palestinians as an instrument of Occupation is deeply discriminatory. It cannot be legally or morally justified. “May God watch over Layan during her detention and comfort her family at this testing time.”

Poem by Patrizia Opulenza. Caryl Matrisciana, Gods of the New Age documentary (1985). This film explores the eerie world of ego-maniacal gurus and their Western counterparts, known as “New Agers”. In a series of exclusive, candid interviews, you will share the thoughts of the Hindu “Master”, and witness the blind devotion and unquestioning obedience of his disciples. Gods of the New Age takes you from the rebellion against the values and morals of Christian belief seen in the early sixties and the mindless devotion toward the gurus who began to be worshiped as gods by their followers, to today’s U.S corridors, American schoolrooms, and even some churches, where occultism and New Age techniques and practices are openly embraced. Though this film is based on footage which is now decades old, it still uncovers the chilling parallels between today’s Western culture which increasingly embraces occult philosophies and integrates it into music, film, and books, and where it may ultimately lead us.
