Tre is an activist fighting extradition from Canada to the US, where he is wanted for arson charges. The date for the final decision on his case is April 4. He is facing Minimum Life in Prison, No Chance of Parole, framed for masterminding arsons.
Three people who already pled guilty and served time are blaming Tre for masterminding the arson, and in exchange for their accusations, they got their sentences reduced from a potential 80 years to 3.5 years.
