In Fidel Castro's speech, he talks about the "catostophic" situation in the third world. He reads statistics about this situation. He talks about what Cuba is doing in Africa and other countries to help, by sending doctors and training doctors from economically depressed areas to go back to their countries to help. He also talks about the "third world in the U.S." and Shaka Sankofa and Mumia Abu-Jamal. He also speaks of his father and the prejudism he experienced when he drove to N.Y. from Florida when he was young. He gives statistics on the difference in the U.S. justice system for black citizens and white. He explains what Cuba is doing to alleviate marganallity in that country.
