This episode includes a story telling through sensation and vision we experience a trip floating down a river on a twig, told from a grasshopper’s view of the watershed cycle. Inter-related parts of nature & life cycles are introduced.

Two guided imagery activities are next. They cover concepts of Taking on another’s perspective, and vision distorted by medium. Things lighten up with jokes taking a twist on the English language.

The radio drama is called Flight of the Dragonfly and follows a dragonfly’s flight down the river, encountering a variety of animals along the way. He learns about dangers and he tells some tall tails. Some differentiation between pretend-stories and facts is covered. Some similarity and difference comparisons are covered.
