Interview with Adam Shapiro of the International Solidarity Movement. A U.S. citizen, he has been living in the Palestinian West Bank city of Ramallah for two and half years.
This interview gives some eyewitness detail on current Israeli military operations and the conditions of life for Palestinians in the West Bank (both before and during the invasion and siege of President Arafat). The focus of the interview, however, is on the role of international observers and the political demand for Israeli withdrawl from the occupied territories.
