To make any change to how top CEO's are getting away without paying any taxes on their nano-seconds billions, is going to be very difficult, largely due to the fact that those with the most money hire the most lobbiests.

There are many ways that CEO's have found to make themselves Billionaires, while their actions have helped to increase the number of those in poverty, are coming to light with the reports from the CCPA, and from recent books like “The Trouble with Billionaires” - by Linda McQuaig
